Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall support and assistance to the crew during the port call.
- Arrange vessel supplies, including provisions, fresh water, and other necessities.
- Coordinate bunker fuel delivery.
- Organize cash-to-master (CTM) for onboard expenses
- Welcome crew and provide local information and assistance.
- Manage crew changes, including transport, accommodation, and documentation.
- Facilitate medical assistance and transportation for crew members when required.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of spare parts and ship stores.
